School fees should be explained before a family accepts a place. Our fee process distinguishes term tuition, agreed additional services and optional programme charges, so a parent can understand what each amount relates to.

What to confirm with admissions and finance

This demonstration does not publish a real school tariff. Ask the operating school for its current approved schedule and written terms.

Term tuition and any one-off enrollment or application fee.
Payment dates, approved installments and the treatment of late payment.
Meals, transport, boarding or materials where offered separately.
Optional clubs, trips and event charges before consent or registration.
Scholarship or sibling arrangements agreed in writing.
Withdrawal notice, refunds, deposits and how an account query is handled.

One family, clear records

Verified payment-responsible contacts can see the financial information they have been authorised to access. Invoices, allocations, receipts and approved account adjustments are retained in the secure portal. A uploaded transfer notice stays pending until the school confirms the bank transaction; uploading a screenshot is not a completed payment.

Ask for the approved schedule

Illustrative programme records currently carry no charge. Any real amounts must be configured and approved by the school. Review the separate fees/refunds policy and the written offer before accepting a place.
