Learning with purpose, growing with care
Our demonstration school is designed around three commitments: sound foundations, personal development and an active partnership with families. Teachers plan carefully sequenced lessons, make room for discussion and practical exploration, and use assessment to decide what a child needs next. Children are encouraged to explain their thinking, ask for help and take pride in work they have improved.
The wider school day develops habits that matter beyond examinations: listening, responsibility, kindness, collaboration and the courage to keep learning. Assemblies, clubs, class responsibilities and creative projects give children opportunities to practise those habits rather than simply hear about them.

Our purpose
To help each learner build knowledge, confidence and character, with the support to contribute positively to their community. Our vision is a school in which curiosity is welcomed, differences are respected and progress is understood in the context of the individual child.
- Curiosity: ask, investigate and reflect.
- Care: notice others and act with kindness.
- Integrity: be honest, responsible and fair.
- Courage: try, learn from mistakes and try again.
- Community: contribute, collaborate and celebrate one another.
A partnership that families can see
Families receive a clear picture of school life through conversations, term reports and the parent portal. Published homework, attendance, approved results, school notices and payment information sit together, so important details do not get lost between paper notes and separate messages. Meetings focus on the child: what is going well, where support is needed and what school and home can do together.
Our admissions conversations welcome questions about teaching, pastoral care, additional learning support and everyday routines. We encourage families to visit, meet the team and discuss the available year groups before choosing a place.
Speak with the school about learning, routines, available places or your family’s next steps.
